Why aren’t we in Syria? Innocent people are being slaughtered in countries such as Syria, Mali & Congo, and only the US has a chance to stop the fighting but… should we? This talk features Prof. Brett O’Bannon of DePauw University, author of the forthcoming book, The Evolution of The Responsibility to Protect: Imperfect Duties?
Foreign Policy and a Local Pint is a series of informal, community discussions on a variety of foreign policy topics rpesented by IndyTalks. Each “FPLP” talk will feature a leading expert in that field right here in Indiana as well as local organizations doing work in the countries being discussed.
